use::viewing is described as data visualization, but x11vnc uses it to
just mean viewing. I can't think of better tags for VNC type software than
network::server, use::viewing, so I think the description ought to be
changed.

For these reasons, I would like to see admin::hardware moved someplace else,
for instance works-with::hardware or hardware::support. I think
works-with::hardware is more elegant, but I think hardware::support will be
easier for someone not familiar with debtags to find.
