Personally speaking, if I were at home and seeing this, I'd just log in and add a Domain Processing Rule to delete it. If I were at the server, I'd add it to the kill.lst. Someone's mailing list is basically screwed up. It originates from a place called RapidSite.net which hosts web sites and
