I am marking this as invalid.
It's unclear what was intended here.
Looking back at the 10.2 release notes, perhaps the 'new SQL statements' were
'Grant' and 'Revoke', but even so, it is not clear which 'relationship table'
(which source page?) is referred to here, or which 'other topics' are supposed
to be listed in it, and at least in the latest alpha manuals there are numerous
links.
