I can confirm this on a Acer Aspire One A110
With the power cord attached, the system is responsive and works well,
but on battery it i laggish, and Suspend and Hibernate isn't always
present in FUSE. Clicking the battery icon to se how much battery is
left doesn't work either.

Excluding values as nonsensical isn't the right way to do it either.
