I am using Ubuntu 10.10 dev branch.
My empathy version is Empathy 2.31.90
When I start empathy, it always shows offline people. I have to CTRL+H
to get rid of this visuality. But later, when I re-open emphaty, they
pop out again.

I'm just an interested user, but I find the current maverick (packages
up to date) behavior counter-intuitive. It is possible I am alone in

This bug seems to affect me, too. Selected text in evince isn't
highlighted and evince crashes unpredictably after text selection.
Sometimes the text is selected (no highlight, but pasting works).
Sometimes evince crashes (no highlight, text not in paste buffer).

Just to mention this bug is present on Lucid Lynx 10.04 too.
The symbolic link fix given by olavl works fine, but is beyond many less geeky

Error while burning - some files may be corrupted on the disc
I have a similar problem. I recently installed a new box and copied all
the podcast episodes I'd downloaded on my old machine to the new one.
However there is no way I can find of telling Rythmbox how to locate

I assume this is caused by the user defined startup application.
I disabled the login-sound via System - Administration -Login Screen,
but the sound still plays at login.

The bug is there's no way to return to Nautilus functionality instead of
brasero. I might understand if you want to change this to be a bug to
some other part of Ubuntu.
