Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
When you configure your location in a city included in any of Huelva,
Cádiz or Almería Spain provinces, the system assigns it a wrong time
zone. All the cities in the Spain peninsula must be in the same
timezone.
** Affects:
** Attachment added: Correct timezone.png
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/777881/+attachment/2114580/+files/Correct%20timezone.png
** Attachment removed: Correct timezone.png
As an example, when you use the city of Cádiz, the assigned timezone is
not the Spain timezone, but the timezone of Portugal, Iceland, United
Kingdom and part of Africa.
** Attachment added: Wrong timezone.png
However, when you use another city not in Huelva, Cádiz or Almería (say,
Madrid), the timezone is correct, i.e. the Spain timezone.
** Attachment added: Correct timezone.png
You can see here that Cádiz and Madrid has assigned two different
timezones:
- Cádiz has the wrong UTC timezone.
- Madrid has the right UTC+2 timezone.
Both Cádiz and Madrid (actually, all the Spain cities except Canary
islands) must have the same UTC+2 timezone.

Title:
open/close group triangle is hidden behind scrollbar

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: empathy
The little triangle that lets a group of buddies be shown or collapsed
gets hidden by the scrollbar. The scrollbar is for some reason on top
of the icons and other things along the right, instead of being in its
own track. Ubuntu 11.04, Gnome.
