Public bug reported:

I have two monitors both connected to one graphics card. Dock is showing
on both of them. I would like it to show only on the right side of the
left monitor.

I go to "Settings > Appearance > Dock > Show on".
I select the left monitor from the menu.
I expect the dock to disappear from the right monitor and show on the left.
Instead the dock stays on both monitors.

To be spesific what seems to happen is that selecting other option, eg.
AOC 27", from the menu makes the dock flash but the selection goes to
"All displays". Then if I select AOC 27" again the selection goes to
that but now the dock doesn't flash and it stays on both monitors.
