I have just installed Oneiric into a virtual machine and tested the plugins _without_ having the proposed repository enabled. As expected, D-Bus Service, Jamenod, Python Console and Subtitle Dowloader failed. Then I enabled the proposed repository, upgraded the totem package and checked again:
