Here's a screenshot. I don't use unity-2d, and suspect it's not
affected, so I wouldn't say this bug also affects metacity. And even if
unity-2d was affected, it wouldn't affect metacity, as it's in the Unity
panel, not the window titlebars.

Either way, can you reproduce this bug in Unity 2D or GNOME shell? If
yes, then this is a Metacity bug.
