manually configure the proxy and I begin with http:// encoding, the

Alors, j'utilise System-Preferences-Network Proxy pour modifier mes
informations proxy. Voici la marche a suivre pour reproduire le bug:
1. Dans un terminal:
cat /etc/apt/apt.conf donne un fichier vide
echo $http_proxy donne
