Experienced this problem after accidental Super + P combo. Now, no more volume Up or Down and Ctrl + Alt + T is recast as duplicate tab in FireFox or if FireFox is not running nothing happens. Bizarre and very, very frustrating. How to fix? Thanks Ken Wagner -- You received this bug
