You drag a file onto a folder, for just a fraction of a second more than
the time it takes for the folder to auto-open. Then you drop it, but

This also affects Ubuntu 14.04 Ubuntu 14.10 beta as of 11 October

Saw error messages during boot but seems to work ok. Settings from
previous session set correctly for this session. I am running dual
monitors, 24 inch and 22 inch. Background wallpaper (random, every 10

I'm using nvidia-331 and it still does not work for me: I just get a blank
screen instead of the usual login one. I still need to downgrade nvidia-common
and ubuntu-driver-common to version 0.2.91.4 to be able to use any GUI. I'm on
a Thinkpad T420s, using an nvidia GF119M [NVS 4200M] (rev a1).
I have a similar problem: The printer is an HP Officejet Pro L7600,
which used to work fine on an earlier Ubuntu. But when I upgraded to
the latest xubuntu (LTE 14.04), the pages all have a blank margin about
1.3 or 1.4 cm wide, and the text in that area (title, page number, date,
etc.) in

Midnight commander, htop and a lot of other linux TUI apps use Fx keys for own
functions.
I don't know anyone who need F1 and F10 key bindings set to terminal emulator
