If you are keen enough to run ubuntu wily as of now you need to enable
the proposed pocket to use the libreoffice ppa builds for wily. Be
cautious while doing that since the gcc5 transition is still ongoing!

The magic for text/x-tex in Ubuntu 15.04 is broken as it assigns
text/x-tex to any text file which contains the word section, chapter
or documentclass within the first 100 characters.
