I don't think that apport-collect will work while I am offline. Please
let me know how I can run this command and send the data after I have
done the restart. Remember, after restart the problem goes away. I can't
run diagnostics on Internet access that requires Internet access to run.

I expect that's an artifact of gnome-shell (and hence heaptrack) being
killed during session logout. The data's still there; heptrack_gui
heaptrack.gnome-shell.bin.10049.gz will view it.

I too have this issue. I just upgraded from 18.04 LTS to 19.10 and
Nautilus starts fine, finishes the check, but I cannot initiate any file
commands like copy, move or delete. Nautilus doesn't respond and GNOME
serves the pop-up to kill Nautilus. Pressing the 'waiting' option
repeatedly doesn't sol

Since the kernel update to 5.3.0-26 it is not possible to use Ubuntu. Keyboard
and mouse (both connected via USB) are not working. It looks like everything is
frozen, but also ALT+PRINT REISUB is not working, so I guess the new kernel
version has proble
