I'm not sure this is a bug. It looks like the dock is just misconfigured
so try:
gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.dash-to-dock extend-height
true
and if that didn't fix it then please try resetting all your
customisations back to defaults with:
dconf reset -f /

Patrick and Rich; both of your logs look like bug 1858336 which
redirects to bug 1861609 but I'm not sure that's right for everyone...
Also Patrick; yours looks like it is caused by a broken/missing Nvidia
The issue is still present in a clean installation from noble beta iso.
It appears whenever the system is waken up from sleep.
