Yes, in 102.13.1 (64-bit) from 10% CPU to 50% when mouse hover over
e-mail list. I am not using newer Thunderbird due to an appearance issue
inside it (missing c0ntent of the TB window after some time) etc. for
that please quote other people who had same issue.

Bug description:
  Very high CPU and slow responsiveness in Thunderbird 91.5.0 and later.
  Just moving the mouse cursor over a message list results in 365% CPU
  for me.

  I had to set this in the config editor to fix it:

    gfx.webrender.force-disabled = TRUE
