After a reboot, the headset still plugged in, the headset does not

I am using xmonad. When starting nautilus it leaves a menubar on all
workspaces. Closing nautilus window still does not close the process. A
picture is attached to see the bar. Often you have a panel to cover the
menubar and it won't be visible but still a rare circumstance
