hey Sandeep, there has been no (direct) progress so far on this issue.
However we now have Ubuntu 22.04 images/support for Jetson Orin. For now
without graphics/desktop support, but we are planning to enable
desktop/graphics in our current development cycle (before end of April).

to improve it but got swamped with the sprints prep (it's only my 2nd

Some of the Lenovo X13s laptop SKUs, based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon
8cx, come with an integrated 4G/5G modem. The modem on the X13s is
manufactured by foxconn, and is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon X55
PCIe modem.

Tegra Orin platforms come in various flavor / dev kit. They all ship
with a 'slightly' customized Ubuntu image. One of the customization is
the addition of the Nvidia GPU drivers for Tegra.
When running chromium browser debian package (either when running 18.04,
or when

with gdm it was possible to add 'text' in the bootargs, and gdm.conf
would detect that and would not start in this case. that was a
convenient method to boot normally without the UI (at least on ARM
platforms)

the upstart job is missing support for 'text'

when i start banshee on pandaboard with an FS dist-upgraded this
morning, banshee window is white. I can see the menu, i cannot close the
app, i need to kill it.
note that i don't know if it worked in the past as this is the first
time i try.
