I'll close the bug as we can't reproduce it.

Yes, everything can be selected. But I think it makes not much sense to
select the whole pane as the output isn't well formed to use directly.
Better all can be selected than nothing how it is now.

Is the header really needed? When you select all the content (without
the headers) the formatting isn't like the card view. But if you really
want the headers, you need to add ".CardViewHeading".

This patch implements your wishes.
I hope you have some cycles to check where the high CPU load comes from.

This approach uses our colours to paint the progressmeter to also better
fit with our themes. Or do you propose a different colour than
--primary?
For the indeterminate state I used the approach FX is using on the
download panel.

For the throbber I filed bug 1695950.

I'm too for only changing to copy the whole email with name and

I think "Copy Message Headers" would better fit to other account types
like newsgroups.

I'm a voluntary contributor and don't need such comments. It's also not
very helpful when I see only 1% difference when I test it.

In TB 78 we use now the HTML progressmeter. I hope this helps a bit.
I tried the FX approach with using a SVG as throbber but I see on my system no
difference to the PNG throbber with 2% CPU.
For the throbber I could create a patch.

I see this too on TB 68. Probably comes from de-XBL of tree widget.

Strange that both together use the same CPU like
Gunter, you could only apply the rule for #statusbar-progresspanel and
check how the CPU usage is with only the throbber spinning.

The errors show a problem with the extension MenuOnTop. Could you test
if this happens in safe mode (menu Help -> Restart with Add-ons
Disabled)?

This looks already promising.
I think -moz-mac-vibrancy-light is mostly used on sidebars, or not? It
makes the header part again different from content, which isn't the goal
of this bug. I think first we should do it without vibrancy.
Here some feedback:

The 'next' button icon point up like the 'previous' icon when in Small
Icon mode. This happens only on Ubuntu. I wrote in BMO to Chris Coulson
but until now received no answer.
I'll add a patch I also made in BMO.
