I reproduced the problem and ran ck-list-sessions.
I see:
- 1 session representing the terminal session from which I am running the
ck-list-sessions command
- 3 Light Display Manager sessions. All of these have active = FALSE.

Lightdm is still running. I can login, switch user sessions, etc..
The only thing that appears to not function is the ability to shutdown
or reboot the computer.
I will run the ck-list-sessions command as soon as I have another
reproduction (this is intermittent).
