Connecting to unplugged ethernet network after suspend

2. Suspend the laptop.
3. Unplug the Ethernet cable. (And move to different location with Wi-Fi only.)
4. Wake up from suspend.

When Gedit crashes a bug report is generated and a dialog offers to
relaunch application. If I choose to relaunch, a gedit window appears,

Hi, sorry for digging this out but I have the same problem on Ubuntu
10.04. Human-Clearlooks randomly changes to something which is similar
to theme at the screenshot (Selection_001.png). For some windows only
button and icons are affected but in most cases window borers are
affected too.
