Seeing this under the most recent build of firefox, and only under KDE's
Plasma Desktop. Running under GNOME seems fine. Was fine up until
117.0.1-2 was released into the snap, which enables wayland support for
23.10.

Ok, unmarking as duplicate. Locking the screen might be a trigger, but
in my case, this issue only happens sometimes.

I am not able to reproduce this merely by locking and unlocking my
screen so I don't think this is the same as #2002624.
