leak disappear !

first thing to try. The second thing is to remove other extensions.

Yep that's a leak.
Please start by disabling AppIndicators:
gnome-extensions disable ubuntu-appindicat...@ubuntu.com
and then log in again. Does the bug still occur?

This doesn't sound right. gnome-shell only uses a couple hundred
megabytes of RAM by default. How are you measuring it?
While the problem is happening, please run:
ps auxw | grep gnome-shell > ps-gs.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
