This bug affects me with a PCM2706C bare DAC (USB Soundcard standalone
board). I use 2 other very similar external USB DAC's (Different
chipsets) and the volume control works fine with them. Also verified on
a laptop. Both Laptop and Desktop are running 18.04.4.4
At anything above silent, I
