Hi Christopher, do you mean this extension (please see screenshot as
attached)? If so, yes, the extension menubar is installed on my
system. I guess it was installed by default. I have not selected it for
installation.

Based on the crash scenario this may be another variant of
https://bugs.launchpad.net/lo-menubar/+bug/754562 . If you remove the
menubar extension, can you click Page Preview without LO crashing?

crash again after de-installation of menubar. Thanks.

I did some more testing. After de-installation of lo-menubar, there was no
crash again. This solved the problem for me.
