NetworkManager, as shipped in Ubuntu, comes with
i just went for dpkg -r gnome-software gnome-software-plugin-snap
ubuntu-software as a workaround :)

System visually locks screen between 10 and 12 secs after hitting Super + L or
pressing Lock button. This ~10 secs I can move with pointer and view what was
on screen but clicking on whatever is not possible.
And when I waking up my Laptop from sleep that happens too
