I will first reproduce the problem with glib2.0 2.64.6-1~ubuntu20.04.3
from -security with the libglib2.0-0 libglib2.0-bin libglib2.0-data
packages.
I deleted all existing schemas from /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas and
replaced them with a set of schemas which

Accepted glib2.0 into focal-proposed. The package will build now and be
available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glib2.0/2.64.6-1~ubuntu20.04.4 in a
few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
