Public bug reported: On startup, no audio is able to play until I restart pulseaudio multiple times. Only then is it able to play though my speakers (Anolog Stereo Output). I have headphones plugged into Digital Stereo (HDMI) Output and is even less likely to work. I am required to restart pulseaudio/reinstall it until it ocassionally works, even then after it sits without playing audio for a while, it reverts back to a corrupt state where I need to restart the process to play anything. While this error is in effect, no programs that emit audio are able to play (Spotify, Youtube, etc)
This all began a couple of months ago when I misclicked a device when choosing my playback, I had selected and HDMI input that was not plugged in. From then on I've continually had this issue despite reinstalling pulseaudio.
