to mid March at this point since we keep
postponing this release.

As of now, the open PRs and Calcite JIRAs are close enough to matching (96
vs 98). (There are a few for Avatica in the JIRA query). Thanks all those
that helped clean up.

Julian - It might be because you are the default assignee for tickets? I
know I'm assigned tickets or watching them in other projects I get more
notifications.

That page has details about Jenkins INFRA structure stuff.

It looks like there are some PRs to be reviewed and some changes to get
merged in this week.
How does creating the first RC on Monday Feb 25th sound? Does that give
enough time this week to get changes into Calcite 1.19.0?

Are there any JIRA cases that should make it into 1.19.0 but are not yet
finished?
Since there are only two minor commits to Avatica I don't think we need a
new Avatica release before the Calcite release.

I can volunteer to do the 1.19 2019-02 release. We are getting to midway
through February :)

I'm not sure if this might have been missed as part of releasing Avatica
1.13.0? Maybe there isn't a release step for this?
