We keep the source of truth (for most) of the doc at https://github.com/apache/kafka/tree/trunk/docs and during the release, we copy the docs from source of truth to this repository. Hence, your change should ideally be targeted at https://github.com/apache/kafka/blob/trunk/docs/streams/index.html.
