hi Sree I am also stuck with same issue. I think OOo3.1.x needs .NET2008. Either we will have to go for compiler upgrade or we will have to go for an earlier version source. Seems Windows build is a hard nut to crack. Suceeded only once when i build OOo2.0 regards rajith
