Update: the appears to only be an issue with the aarch64 build so that explains why I can't duplicate it on my x86_64 machine. Looking closer at the aarch64 build output, reveals the rpath is being inserted via libtool: /bin/sh ../libtool --tag=CXX --mode=link g++ -O2 -flto=auto

As a hobbyist developer it is very convenient to use Fedora even for building for Windows. In dnf i see a huge array of mingw-* libraries but glfw is missing. The upstream project https://www.glfw.org/ provides them so it is probably simple enough. So my first question is related to this:
