The NEVR of this build appears to clash with a build in the rhel-base repo,
which is confusing koji.

decided to split the JavaScript code to a separate repository [2] available
also on NPM as djangoql-completion [3]. However they bundle the JS in their
Python package [4] as a minified JS file.
