While converting the gappalib-coq package license tag to SPDX, I found that the license had changed from LGPL-2.1-or-later to LGPL-3.0-or-later a few releases ago (1.4.3; we are currently on 1.5.2). The license tag is therefore changing from "LGPLv2+" to "LGPL-3.0-or-later". -- Jerry James
