Unretiring & claiming xss-lock

Hello. As per [0], I (FAS: sham1) am planning to unretire and claim the X11 screensaver utility `xss-lock`. Having been retired for more than 8 weeks on its rawhide branch, due to having been orphaned, means that a new package review is needed for the package, which can be found at [1]. [0]:
