Hey folks,

`libtsm` was retired because it was orphaned. `kmscon` was retired because it
relied on this package.

I'm currently not in the "packagers" group, but I'm interested in taking
ownership of these packages and re-adding them to Fedora if I get sponsored.

Upstream has ceased development for both `libtsm` and `kmscon`, however,
they've been forked and continue to be well maintained:

- `libtsm`: https://github.com/Aetf/libtsm
- `kmscon`: https://github.com/Aetf/kmscon

Among other improvements, the build system has been modernized (meson instead
of GNU autotools!) and dependencies have been cleaned up. Packaging these forks
should be significantly easier compared to the abandoned upstream.

I've done some testing locally and ran into no major issues, so I believe I'm
capable of handling packaging. I've experimented with sending a few PRs to
Fedora packages and I feel comfortable with RPM packaging now.

Please let me know if this is possible :)

Thanks,
José Relvas
