It's the first time I'm trying to use 'fedpkg chain-build' feature, but
I'm receiving an error that I don't understand.
I want to chain-build 'kpmcore' and then 'kde-partitionmanager' in
master. So, if I understood correctly, under kde-partitionmanager master
branch I enter 'fedpkg chain-build
