Unretiring herbstluftwm

Hi, I would like to unretire 'herbstluftwm'[1, 2]. In accordance to the documented unretirement policy[3], I have submitted a new review request for the package[4]. I would be happy to swap reviews if it comes to that. [1]: https://herbstluftwm.org/index.html [2]: https://src.fedoraproject.org

Orphaned apvlv, herbstluftwm, xsettingsd and python-tlslite

Hi, I just orphaned apvlv, herbstluftwm, xsettingsd and python-tlslite. I do no longer use them and only adopted them because they sounded useful or I needed them back then. I cannot really tell about their upstream status, they might not be completely dead. Please pick them up if you would like
