- remaining RoH patch merged
- required samba version is now 4.0.2rc3
- dcesrv_assoc_id patch from Martin merged
- add linkage to samba-debug private library to leverage DEBUG() macros
Additional Notes:
- travis-ci is currently broken because samba-backport

OK, and the only place its location is mentionned is the sogo.conf.
Reading the docs, that should be OK.
Might I have missed any configuration place where I should set it?
