Couple of changes brought to master: - remaining RoH patch merged - required samba version is now 4.0.2rc3 - dcesrv_assoc_id patch from Martin merged - add linkage to samba-debug private library to leverage DEBUG() macros Additional Notes: - travis-ci is currently broken because samba-backport
