Sorry about that. Looks like the debian numbering system was seeing
7.0.6-rc3-2-testing~172+202307051204~9d5f85634c~ubuntu22.04.1 as "newer"
than 7.0.6-2-testing~172+202308021204~9d5f85634c~ubuntu22.04.1.
I've removed the 7.0.6 RC and re-started the Ubuntu testing builds. They
should be updated

I haven't pushed the 7.0.7-rc1 tag yet. The plan is to do that around
5PM EST today.

Which seems to be quite old. Any ideas?
