Now It seems to me that if they want to matain members and digital; want to win

The folks at Propnet have always been good hams in my opinion.
However I was surprised to get email from Propnet after my PSK signal
was captured on 30M by their spotting system. Seems odd to have a
radio transmission mined and email address looked up for a spam
attempt.
