I've also tried the sites accessable through W6NEK Beacon Tracker. I only get

The simple solution is to set your PC clock to WWV's clock , by ear.
You may be a second or so off but that will not be a problem for
JT65A, 3-4 seconds or more could be a problem.

That is the ntp service on port 123.

Check the date and time that your computer is set to and how far it is off. If
the date is wrong or the time is far enough off, you will get an error and it
will not sync the time.
