[digitalradio] Mode that sounds like water drops on 40?

Hello all, I am just getting back into digital radio after an eight year absence, and there are a lot of new modes on the air. One that I cannot figure out sounds like nothing so much as water dripping! I usually hear it on 40 late at night or very early in the morning. Can anyone help me
