and rcv in the MixW calibration drop down. With inboard sound card
on the laptop it took quite a while to stabilize, with the outboard usb
SoundBlaster it ran about 45 minutes and gave me the numbers I needed.

your sound card? The last time I had trouble reading otherwise good signals
I discovered that something had over written my soundcard calibration
settings. Restoring them restored operation.

work. MixW will seldom show a 599. Last night I saw a couple of nice QSO's
on the waterfall that it showed as 589 and 579, these guys had really clean
signals with IMD readings above -26 in both cases. I'll look for you on the
waterfall next time 20 opens to the east.

John and others I just opened MixW and tuned up on 10.140 don't see anything
on the waterfall but will try to watch and listen for a bit. XYL just got in
