Dave, IMO any data program will be talking to the soundcard with a nice big FIFO so CPU shouldn't be an issue. From memory I use a 10 second FIFO on receive and 2 second on transmit. I can't think of any problems that could arise as long as there are some free CPU cycles. What am I missing?
