HI i am down to needing only NV on Rtty for Triple play award. are there any NV
RTTYers out there i could sked with? i need RTTY as my FSK is working but have
no afsk so cant do psk etc. please reply direct as i get digest mode on
reflector.

A friend is looking to experiment with HF packet 300 Baud and hasnt had much
luck finding any. He only wants to decode off the air for now. are there any
freqs that he could listen to that would have some to decode. certain times etc?

Has anyone used one of these radios for 440 data use? anyone have a users
manual? i have the maintenance manual but not a user manual. i am trying to use
these for an ares data link.
it is a GE Ericson also labled LXE

A friend is interested in using RTTY for a semi secure ARES data link using GE
UHF radios converted to 440. i have not used RTTY on anything but HF. Is this a
doable proposition? what freqs are good choices? can it be done with the sound
card interface and MMTTY?he has reasons for not using

i am Barry (WB1EDI) i have been a ham for 29 years and have about 10 years
of digital experience. i have used mostly standard rtty and have RTTY WAS
#404 from the ARRL. My XYL ( NE1F ) like RTTY as her favorite mode, however
she favors contest and DX type Qs. i enjoy a good ragchew as well
