There is no HRDLog.net program - it's a web service with logbooks have to
support (similar to eQSL.cc support).
At the moment only the HRD 5.0 Logbook has this support but other logbooks
can add it quite easily. At the moment HRD 5.0 is in internal beta.

Just to clarify, I am using HRD's logbook 4.1 and it works with HRD and HRDLOG
