You're going to have problems with 30M down because all transmissions are in
USB. Best place for signals on 20M are around 14076-14078. On 30M 10139=10141
and 40M 7036-7039.

Last night I heard no signals at all on 40. I thought it was because of a solar
flux of 68 and k index of 2. Today I'm not so sure what's going on. The band
changes are supposed to begin March 29th. Maybe people are waiting for that.
