another post on this subjuect just in case someone else ever comes
across this problem.
I did finally get a hold of Skip Teller, KH6TY (DigiPan) and he
mentioned that some sound cards have this offset problem. In the
CONFIGURE
Only in regards to the Windows sound card sample rate: In windows go
to Start, Programs, Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder/Edit
Tab /Sound Properties and adjust the sample rate.
Its also possible to go through the control panel, Sound or use the
Sound Card Manager that came with your
