scp command exemple

Hello, anyone has an exemple of scp dropbear use ? it seems that : scp my_file root@targetserver:/tmp/ result is scp connection to root@my_file existed connect failed : error resolving "my_file" port "22". name does not resolve Not the same syntax as a standard scp command ? any help ?
